Exchanges are accepted within five days of receipt. Exchanges for a different style or size are subject to availability.
CELENE ESTILO regrets that we cannot guarantee the availability of products for exchanges due to the limited nature of our inventory. Sometimes we may run out of a certain item. A credit note with a 12-month validity period will be provided in certain cases. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for goods that have been particularly customized, as disclosed by our customer support staff. Only a one-time exchange is allowed.
The postal costs for the return package are your responsibility. Optionally, you may choose to drop the return merchandise at our office by contacting our customer service. Reasonable effort should be made to have the merchandise returned to us within a shipping duration of 3-5 working days.
Please be aware that returning a product does not ensure that it will be accepted for an exchange or credit note if it does not meet the requirements listed below.
All manufacturer tags must be present and the clothing must be new, unworn, and unmodified. Any specialized packaging or attachments that came with your purchase must also be returned, or else a restocking charge can be withheld from your refund.
The only items that may be returned are those that were bought at www.celeneestilo.com.
Items purchased during a sale at a clearance price are not eligible for return or reimbursement.
Our customer care staff will contact you once CELENE ESTILO receives your item. After we receive your return package and verify that the item has to be replaced for an item in stock, it will be processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days.
Before they are delivered to clients, all goods must pass strict quality control criteria.
We reserve the right to review each exchange/return on a case-by-case basis.
